The load is trying to draw more current than the source can output, which is causing the source to go into current limit (CL) mode, The voltage drops because when the source goes into CL+ mode, the power source is effectively functioning as a current source.This can be fixed by setting the current limit on the load to a lower value than the current limit on the source.
